#106 Fail to set file time on decrypted files infinite loop on 1.1.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup encrypt/decrypt directory
2. Wait

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that all files will be decrypted once.  Instead every file is continuously decrypted and the log file shows:
05/09/14 13:02:47 : decrypt file D:\data\onedrive\Documents\Encrypted\Statements\XXXXXX\2013-12-04.pdf-XXXXXX-DELL.7z to D:\data\Unencrypted\Statements\XXXXXX\2013-12-04.pdf-XXXXXX-DELL
05/09/14 13:02:49 : failed to set file time on D:\data\Unencrypted\Statements\XXXXXX\2013-12-04.pdf-XXXXXX-DELL

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.5.257 on Windows Server 2012 [r2]

Please provide any additional information below.
As far as I can tell the permissions for the directory/files are fine and the process appears to be running on for my user.  The other issues that looked similar to this appear to be unrelated but correct me if I'm wrong.

This appears to be caused by files with the machine name appended to the end?  I assume it's related to some conflict resolution.  Deleting the offending files appears to fix the issue.
