#171 Any plan to bump libjpeg to latest version?

Hi,

Thanks for this great software! We are using the CREngine in kindlepdfviewer to add support for new document types. We are also using MuPDF which also uses libjpeg (release 8d). That brings trouble when we are trying to compile all the libraries together since CREngine uses an older version of libjpeg.

So any plan to adopt the latest libjpeg?
