First Item After Page Break Lacks Margin

After a page break (in my case the beginning of a new XHTML file in an EPUB), the first item in the new chapter does not display with the proper margin-top element. This remains true even when a margin is set in the EPUB's internal CSS, in the cr3 epub.css file, and in CoolReader's settings.
The headings for new chapters thus are always displayed at the very top of the screen.

Yes it's true. Margin-top (margin 0em 0em 10em 10em) is not working properly. It is a shame that it failed two years to repair.
