When running 2.14 the following line gives an Analysis failed

..\internalError.h:16:66: error: Analysis failed (variable without scope). If the code is valid then please report this failure. [internalError]
TypedValue_DataObject::TypedValue_DataObject( const DataObject & value )

With 2.13 I don;t have the error

I run
cppcheck.exe --project=internalError.cppcheck
in the build folder of the attached minimal example
