If no signal was used from the dumpfile and we have at least one signal that needs information from the dumpfile, signal a user error message specifying that the value given to the -i option was not correct.
Attaching a bug fix patch for this issue which will be generally available in the 0.7.5 stable release of Covered. Added generate20.1 diagnostic to regression suite to verify this bug fix.
