#728 ServletException in Package Summary List jsp

Accessing the Package Summary List page (PackageSummary?summaryMode=list) is throwing a ServletException.

Reproduction:
* register multiple packages to the project in automated manner using a loop
* navigate to the Package Manager in the Workbench GUI
* List all the packages
* The page shows a ServletError (see attachment) ==> ERROR
* EXPECTED ==> The page to load all the packages with all the attributes and no error

There is no entry in the stderror logs.
