#967 construct v99.4 360 plugin not working

every time i open construct i get this error:
Error loading C:\Program Files\Scirra\Construct\Plugins\Xbox360Controller.csx (14001) - this plugin may not be available!
and shore enough i cant use the 360 controller plugin
I've re-installed several times, but still the same, i looked in my plugin folder to see if the file was there, and it is,

Davo, check the project config for it, it has to be static linked and not use a DLL CRT.

Same here for 0.99.42. I get the same error when opening Construct. "Error loading C:\Program Files\Scirra\Construct\Plugins\Xbox360Controller.csx (14001) - this plugin may not be available!"
But Construct runs.
