Zooming no longer keeps aspect ration when setting a difference between x, and y.
The included cap would make make the isometric diamond in .98, but in .99 it is scaled by original width, instead of current width.
I'm not sure I understand the problem. The display appears correct: it is rotated 45 degrees and stretched wider by a factor of two. Perhaps include some screenshots of what it used to look like?

Most image editors do it just like this.
When you rotate the layer a new height is made from the top corner, to the bottom corner.
But in .99 its taking the original width before the rotation.
