#603 Clicking in modal layout doesn't work correctly
Clicking isn't registered properly in a modal layout using 'on left click'. Instead, clicking in a modal layout results in a click that runs events in the layout below it that's supposed to be frozen.
Run the included .cap. Right click to make a modal layout in the top left corner. Left click and it changes the animation of the sprite in the layout below, but does not rotate the sprite in the modal layout like it should.
