Using a 'pick top-most' condition on a family rather than an object (and this is sometimes necessary due to the necessity of the double SOL family trick) picks all instances from the previous SOL (or all instances if none is present).
If "Green: Green overlaps Blue" is changed to "Green: overlaps Blue : offset (0,0)" then it works with version 99.9.
