Editor:
Opening the bone behavior editor and switching tabs causes the object to become unselected. That layout is unavailable until Construct is restarted.
Handles for bone angles are sometimes "lost" behind other joints.
Deleting a frame in an animation causes that frame to be pasted onto whatever frame happens to open next. The frame that was supposed to be deleted is actually moved to the next frame opened, and the name (eg Frame 3) dissapears, with Frame 3 becoming Frame 1.
Runtime:
Joints aren't lining up right. I don't mean my cruddy animations; the shoes when my character is walking or standing appear to be aligned perfectly in the editor, and are way off in the game.
"Repeat to Frame" appears to be broken.
Tested with Construct 0.99.62 on Windows 7.

I forgot to mention that when you create all the parts for the animation in a different layout the joints misalign badly. Check out the "beginning" layout.
