#1059 incomplete/wrong action information for bone animation frame

After you've created the action "set animation frame" with the bone movement, it displays the wrong information in the event editor.
Example: I've set up the action to set the frame to 5 and the tween time to 3 but in the event list it shows:

Set animation frame to 3.

which is false, as it mentions the tween time where the 3 is rather than the real frame that you set it as. It should also show the tween time as it does with 'set animation'.
Here is an example of what would be a more accurate representation:

Set animation frame to 5 (time: 3ms)
