compiz-boxmenu does not compile with GCC 4.6 (Ubuntu 12.04)

The supplied patch fixes the makefile, and all compiler warnings for GCC 4.6, so boxmenu compiles cleanly.

Fixed it to compile with gcc 4.6. Tested compiling it with gcc 4.7 as well and everything still works fine :).
