Hello, I have version 4.0.4 in ubuntu karmic. As you can see from the screenshot, when I exit full screen mode the program is positioned in the top left of the desktop, hiding the borders.
Holding down alt and moving the window I can view the borders.

when I made the screenshot to show you the bug, I noticed that the screenshot is saved even when the image was full screen. another bug?
