[cc-announce] New Member

I've just added a new member to the team.

His name is Muthu Veerappan [mut...@us...] and 
he is here to help us plan the project. He has extensive knowledge of 
Java and programming and is going to be a great help. Him and I are 
currently working on the documentation and specifications, but are 
absolutely open to suggestions from everyone. I don't want to exclude 
anyone, so if you are interseted in helping, just let me know. I've 
gotten some great ideas from people in the forums and would encourage 
people with ideas to post them there. You can also contact me directly 
or via the list, but I would prefer the forum.

Thanks for everones help thus far. Things are going well and I am 
looking forward to working with everyone.
