#971 C::B - Library Finder Plugin hangs on auto-detection scan

I installed the libjpeg-turbo library in directory C:\Code Library\libjpeg-turbo-gcc. I invoked "Library Finder" in C::B Realease 20.03and configured the "Autodetection of libraries" to locate libraries in C:\Code Library\libjpeg-turbo-gcc\lib by using "Add dir" option in pop-up window. The app hnags scanning for libraries. After 5 minutes, I click the "Stop" button but the app still hangs. I have to terminate the process to recover. This behaviour was originally dtetected in C::B Release 18.
Can you please supply a more detailed step by step process of how to reproduce that includes which dialog or menu you select in order to do the adding etc.
