#929 wxGTK3 Scrolling doesn't work while the left button is held down

When selecting text with the left mouse button pressed, the mouse wheel is not working.
I.E. I can select text by dragging the mouse, but if i want to scroll a little bit down with the mouse wheel, the scroll is not working.

If the left mouse button is not pressed (no selection), then scroll by wheel works fine.

Linux Gentoo, CB version is svn-r11983, gtk3

Would it be possible to paste the text in Help -> About -> Information?
My guess is that this is fixed in wx-master, because this works fine in stcdemo built from wx-master.
