This patch adds a double long property to wxSmith. The resulting output in xrc is

<name>100,100</name>

this is needed for adding scroll rate to wxScrolled window
(part of ticket #680)

[edit:] On windows i would like to support only wx31_64 bit....

Just add all the versions for now. And you need to fix the autotools system.
Also the copyright message has wrong years and name probably. And there was at least a single commented line.

Sry about that. It compiled fine on windwos and project file. Have re setup my local linux build system.. Should not happen again...

Don't worry too much. You can test linux if you push a branch on github and then connect travis to your github account...
