#651 Save debug watches

Like I asked in this post http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,22524.0.html,iIt would be very important to save the watches along with the project.

Would also be nice to save the breakpoints as saving the watches is only 1/2 of the solution IMHO.

Still outstanding in SVN12468.
Nice to have IMHO.
