#63 ToolsPlus + Keybinder

It is possibly to bind any keyboard shortcut to tools entry via keybinder, however if I edit something in ToolsPlus (e.g. edit tool configuration), the plugin rebuild menu and clear all shortcuts so I need to reassign them from keybinder config again.
BTW: same issue appears if I disable/enable some plugin with menu entries.
I think the keybinder plugin should watch for menu items removing/adding and restore shortcuts when item restored.
