The answer is probably yes, related to the c/c++ part of the application, I don't know about the java/kotlin stuff.

Try here http://forums.codeblocks.org/ but first search the wiki how to setup a compiler http://wiki.codeblocks.org/ keep in mind that you should be very familiar with the android build system for steps that aren't compiling and linking...
