I doubt it, it looks like this requires a compiler that can handle .net and I don't think that there is one added to C::B...

I just look at it, for a simple example
Windows-universal-samples/Samples/ContextMenu at master · Microsoft/Windows-universal-samples

I see it said in the md file:

Starting in the folder where you unzipped the samples, go to the Samples subfolder, then the subfolder for this specific sample, then the subfolder for your preferred language (C++, C#, or JavaScript). Double-click the Visual Studio Solution (.sln) file.

It give examples in three languages.
