#508 scriptedWizard: Added WX_ project vars to wxWidgets.

Patch that makes it much easier to use wxTeam built binaries with wxWidgets wizard.

Tested with wxMSW-3.0.3_gcc510TDM_Dev.7z and wxWidgets-3.0.3-headers.7z from https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/releases/tag/v3.0.3
