#341 Some additions to scriptwizard bindings

These are the patches I wrote about today on the Forum. The include many changes to the script wizard bindings to facilitate, for example, notebook pages, grids, etc as enhanced configuration script mechanisms. These are used by my stm32 wizard.

Unfortunately the patch is too big to be applied in a single go. And I suppose it is too late for the author to split it up...

@Gary Oliver Are you still using this patch? Are you able to answer questions about it? I might try to apply parts of it.
