#190 Access Build Options while debugging

This is not a critical bug, but i think unwanted behaviour (it is also not critical, but i have found it and wanted to record it somewhere):
If i am in debugger mode the "build options" are greyed out in the Menu Bar and the context menu on the project.
The Project properties are deactivated in the menu bar but not in the context menu of the project and so you can access build properties indirect via the project properties...
