Windows build of CB Scripted Wizard for Irrlicht errors out. For more info see thread http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,19394.msg132556.html#msg132556

Added patch to fix problem of s32 being used instead of u32 on Windows.
Only tested with Windows 7 32 bit.
