#1655 Help plugin alert message does not suuport dark mode in the last paragraph

Similar to how it used to be in the manage plugins windows, when using the Help plugin (clicking on the help button and selecting CodeBlocks) without a detected help file in the system, the window appears with some text that is not adapted to the dark theme.
Using Windows 11 with revision 14050
