#1584 Win-7 : Linker, Command line too long

Win-7, r13776, gcc-15.2.0
When editing the link, the command was larger than 8191 bytes. but in the output name, I use local variables such as ‘$build\xxxx\$ver...’
However, CB does not take this into account in this case, and the output path for the response file ends up in : ‘$build\xxxx\$ver...’
So I propose a fix : 'r13776_directcommands.cpp.patch'
I added the display of the actual length of the command.
