This concerns the ‘Help plugin’.
If you create the directory, you must also fill it with the ‘index.ini’ and ‘codeblocks.chm’ files : we can then use this help file.
How to automate this ?

in the ‘Help’ popup menu, add a separation before the help file items listed in '...|docs|index.ini'
