#1383 r13221 : Manual loading of a plugin

After manually loading a plugin, there is no visual information about which plugin has been loaded.
So I propose to select from the list ("lstPlugins") the name of the loaded plugin and the corresponding information ("HtmlWindow1").

The proposed solution can surely be either simplified or improved.
