#1342 Fortran plugin translations

When translating some items in the fortranproject plugin, I see that there are a few items where the difference concern only 1 letter in uppercase or not, on the word "tree". This patch is a proposal to uniformize this. I have chosen "tree".
I have also added a translate macro on one item in calltree.cpp, line 26 , but the result is not OK. But that's an other story. I will raise an other ticket for that.
