#1311 Docs do not build on Linux due to Save_watch.png camel case issue

On Windows the docs build okay as the Windows apps do not care about the file case, but on Linux the docs do not build as the Save_watch.png file in the following files reference the dile as "Save_Watch" where the W is upper case:

• userguide/debug_project_en.tex
• userguide/debug_project_fr.tex

The Save_watch.png file in the htmlweb has been renamed to match the case in the tex files, but the following source files were not updated when the htmlweb were uploaded/applied:

• userguide/figures/png/Save_watch.png
• userguide/figures/eps/Save_watch.ps
