C::B uses the files from Dr. Mingw 0.9.1.0. The latest is currently 0.9.3.0 and as such the files can be upgraded to 0.9.3.0 from the following download URL:
https://github.com/jrfonseca/drmingw/releases/tag/0.9.3

Please remember to upgrade both 3 and 64 bit files.

AFAIK these files are not compatible with Windows 7, and many of us are still using it.

The NSIS installer can take care of this if someone is willing to change the current installer.

Its not only the installer but also all self- compiled versions. 0.9.3 does not bring any benefit so we better should retain compatibility.
