The help_plugin includes old ZLIB and BZIP2 library source code.

The code should be removed and use the ZLIB & BZIP2 dev packages available for the OS being compiled on and used on.

    Removing the ZLIB and BZIP2 library build and source files simplifies the build/source tree and also reduces the compiler warning.

    There is no replacement on Windows for quite a few MinGW distros. I am not sure how this should work.
    But: We have these libs in the source tree several times and should reduce these to one time only.
