#1219 Enhance ExtraCommands to add a clean ability
Currently the ExtraCommands support "before" and "after" the built. it would be nice to have a "clean" option so that when you do a clean you are able to run extra command so you can use these commands to remove the the files that were added during the "before or "after" steps.
This has a dependency on 1225 to be fixed first if you want to use "for" loops on windows.
