#1076 Separate color for #defined items

I would like if C::B could use a dedicated color for #defined items in C/C++ sources.
For exaple if I #define PI 3.141592653589 and then reference PI e.g float x=PI+2.f, I would like that the PI in the expression would get a dedicated color and not just black, so one can distinguish better #defined items from other items thru the code. Thanks.
