1) you needed sphinxbase-0.7.tar.gz
2)this problem is definetely because you use scripts_pl not from the
sphinxbase-0.7.tar.gz, but you should. (do not open or download
sphinxbase-0.7.win32.zip - all the binaries you have to build yourself from
snapshot)
p.s. the forum i has refreshed, but the second page after 25 post appreared, i
didnt notice)
p.p.s i send you my built version, try it, it works :)

in the step2 , i opened https://sourceforge.net/projects/cmusphinx/files/
but what version must i download??? also there is two folder
sphinxbase-0.7.tar.gz/ and sphinxbase-0.7_win 32
which of them i will use??????

i did exactly as you said , but the same error :(
after i did what you said openes cmd and type ;
C:\Users\Desktop\acoustic\sphinxtrain\scripts_pl\setup_SphinxTrain.pl -task
an4
then
C:\Users\Sarayji\Desktop\acoustic\pocketsphinx\scripts\setup_sphinx.pl -task
an4
then create feat (mfc files)
but whe i called slave_convg it creates ci_mdef but not complete!!!!!!!! stop
in browser was wriiten

i used an4 database ,Is it reasonable to take time ?? imean when cmd stop and
don't write any thing that i must wait ??

so, the binaries - from snapshot from SVN, and everything else - from
_src.tar.gz

I do not have any compilation problems... But i am getting error when I do
run
.\scripts_pl\make_feats.pl -ctl etc\an4_train.fileids
Configuration (e.g. etc/sphinx_train.cfg) not defined
Compilation failed in require at .\scripts_pl\make_feats.pl line 43.
But sphinx_train.cfg is present in an4\etc directory.
Can you let me know what could be the problem, why it is not able to find.
Even if i give the path for sphinxtrain.cfg in cmdline, i get this error...
I have struggled with this error for quite along time...
Any help is good for me..
