    k, right, with logspec no it cares about ncep, with logspec yes it should not
    matter

    as for word_align, check log for details, check result transcription in result
    folder, try to run word_align from a command line to see what is failed.

    I tried with -nfft 512 but it doesnt transform all my .wav files as I have
    4579 .wav files. Thats why when I put -nfft as 8192, it transformed all the
    4576 files.

    Running just word_align was not of much use.. Do you have any idea how can I
    proceed to debug this error..

    File size mismatch means that some of the files were not decoded properly. You
    need to check the size of the both reference and match files (compare number
    of lines) and check the decoder log to see why not all utterances were
    decoded.

    I just observed that the match files being created in the result folder are
    empty. Can you please tell if you have an idea, why this is happening? That is
    why it is saying, the file size mismatch

    This error means that your model did not train properly. Transition matrix for
    some phone have only zeros. You can check transition matrix with printp
    command. The most probable reason for this issue is insufficient data for the
    training.

    For this error, the number of training and testing files are sufficient in my
    case. I have 4579 files for training which is much more than the an4 corpus.

    Thanks for your help. I was able to remove the above error. I just trained
    again with a few changes.
    But the following error still remains while decoding:

    0%
    Aligning results to find error rate
    word_align.pl failed with error code 65280 at ./scripts_pl/decode/slave.pl
    line 173.

    Very low recognition accuracy.This might happen if there is a mismatch
    in the audio files and the parameters of training, or between the training and
    the testing.

    Thank you very much for your help.
    As I was getting a lot of errors, I started the training of logspec features
    from scratch. I have been able to extract them successfully. But when I run
    ./scripts_pl/RunAll.pl, it gives the following error:

    Configuration (e.g. etc/sphinx_train.cfg) not defined
    Compilation failed in require at ./scripts_pl/RunAll.pl line 48.
    BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./scripts_pl/RunAll.pl line 48.

    Please help as I don't know what to do.
