#443 No build.xml files for ant found

Hi,

I'm introducing sphinx in openSUSE but we don't yet provide maven. To build sphinx(base, pocket,etc), we normally use a file named build.xml.
To get this file, I just need someone runs "mvn ant:ant" in each Sphinx project and provide these three then generated files : build.xml, maven-build.properties and maven-build.xml.

I'm sorry, I don't think we want to keep the ant files. Just use maven, it is pretty common.

I just can't use Maven. But whatever, I have those files. Would you like include them into official tarballs ? It's nothing more than three files
