The main question is whether there are outdated APIs. If there is deprecated stuff that is not visible relatively few problems arise. I have been trawling through the APIs (slowly) to see what can be made private. In general if something can be made private it is easy to see if it is an orphan. Of course this doesn't hold for applications which use JUMBO and might use outdated APIs.
