schema24 is meant to be a maintenance release and=20
should be stabilised RSN. schema25 is a=20
development release with active alterations on a=20
daily basis. I had hoped that schema24 would=20
contain all the CMLSpect required but maybe we=20
shall need to add some more. If they are trivial=20
we can squeeze them into schema24, else into schema25.
