[cml/ccml-discuss] Can't find docs on how to start Jumbo

I can't find any docs on how to start the Jumbo browser.  I downloaded version
5.0 from source forge (files section).  It was the only version and data
December 2, 2005 so I guessed that it was the latest stable build.  Can someone
point me in the right direction?  I think that you need to make this obvious for
the benefit of new comers and casual users.

I also downloaded Jumbo3 from http://www.xml-cml.org/jumbo3/index.html.  I think
that was the wrong thing to download and that reference should be updated.
