First time user of Clonezilla. Works great when cloning two disks with same size. However, I got confused when cloning a smaller disk to a larger disk.
For example, sda is 50GB, sdb is 100GB. When I finish cloning and boot into Windows, the Disk Manager shows that partition on second hard drive (sdb) is 100GB. But Windows Explorer says that partition is only 50GB. Am I losing 50GB on that hard drive that I can't use?

Yes, you have only 50 GB used. Run 'gparted' live to increase the size of your 50 GB partition to the full 100GB.
Will this process delete the data that's been cloned in that partition?
No. GParted will keep the data when resizing.
BTW, next time you can enter expert mode, and check the option "-k1":
