How to save images from hard drives to local desktop's partition

we have multiple syspreped disks containing images of individual model computers. we would like to back these images up to a desktop computer. i have created new partition called "E" drive where i would like save all iamges. also if possible we like to deploy these images to new computer. please guide us on this.
So you meant you want to save the partititions, like C: and D: to E:, then when it's necessary, you want to restore the image in E: to C: and D:?
If so, you can use saveparts and restoreparts in the Clonezilla live wizard to make that, i.e., choose "saveparts" here:
