EDIT Disregard - I have converted this using qemu-img!

I have cloned a CentOS system (migrating from vmware to proxmox). It boots successfully, but I get this on boot:

After giving the root password and attempting a fsck of /dev/sda1, I'm getting 

/dev/sda1 has unsupported feature(s): FEATURE_I15
e2fsck: Get a newere version of e2fsck

Not too sure how to proceed from here to get my system booting.

Any ideas appreciated.
