Well then I would
  1. add an ID code to those objects that are shared among multiple lists,
     by use of defclass and update-instance-for-redefined-class,
  2. write out the data structure with *print-circle* = nil,
  3. after reading the data structure back, unify shared objects by looking
     at the ID of each object.

But, alas, you appear to have defined your objects with defstruct. What
a pity.
