new-clx?

So, the Makefile.in in modules/clx/new-clx refers to ../../comment5
(and some other utils). But as far as I can tell, those utils don't
get built there? So I'm assuming that it's not actually possible to
build new-clx at the moment? Or am I missing something. I'm trying to
get rid of comment5 as step 1 in the .d -> .c conversion. Maybe I'll
copy the comment5.c into the new-clx directory as that will be the
only place it will be used. (To build new-clx requires a multi-step
process starting from clx.f, going through generated clx.e and clx.d
on the way to clx.c--I don't really want to untangle that right now.)
