I'm pretty sure that as long as the sdl.lisp file doesn't include any of the object code from the SDL library, you can license sdl.lisp under a separate license. The SDL library itself is still under the LGPL, which would mean that the end user must still be able to use a modified version of the SDL library with your lisp bindings, either by relinking the code or by substituting a different shared object for dynamically linked code.
