Hello Paul,

You're comment is very encouraging.

Examining the CVS (via the web interface), it appears there has been
an update as of just last week.
But the .gz (and presumably the .deb) files are still a couple of years old.

I've attempted the anonymous login on cvs, but it hangs and times out
after entering the empty password.

I respect that the crew is busy.
Perhaps someone has time to do one of the following:
* update the .deb files on sourceforge
* update the .tar.gz files on sourceforge
* resolve issue with cvs login
