#2297 NTRs

Hi,

I'd like to request accessions for a batch of chemicals that are listed in the attached file. We don't have external accessions for these chemicals, but for most of them we could track down structure info - these are listed in the notes column.

Some of the items may not qualify for a chebi id (e.g. extracts), please let me know if so.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for your help - it's much appreciated.

I have one more question related to these terms. Some of these terms are
undefined to some extent, or put another way, can be thought of as grouping
terms. Examples are e.g.: lines 147, 144, 143, ...

Is it possible to create such grouping terms in chebi? There are cases when
we can't make the annotation to a specific structure, but could make one to
such a grouping term.
